About
Our Mission
Meadow of Hope Dog Rescue was established by a team of likeminded women passionate about animal welfare, saving dog responsibly in the UK, Romania and Croatia with many years of combined experience.
We believe we are different as all of our dogs go into assessment with our loving and experienced rescuers prior to adoption. We believe ALL dogs must be assessed before the are adopted. They are tested with other dogs, cats and children where ever possible.
We only work with responsible rescues with the same goals and ethos as us- they must provide good shelter, care, time and regular updates and photos, and importantly, they must be registered in the Recs system, vaccinated, blood tested, flea and worm treated, spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and provide correct documents for travel.
Most importantly our mission is that every single dog is found a perfect loving home to spend the rest of their life in.

Dolly
'This is my beautiful Dolly, getting her is one of the best things I ever did! She arrived skinny, tiny, and frightened, but with love and time she started to trust. She is the most loyal loving and clever dog'

Ted
Little Ted has now been part of out family for nearly 5 months. Everyday he makes us smile. His happy disposition is remarkable and despite his start in life he's already learnt to play, relax and be part of the family'
